HVAC is an Essential Business

YES WE ARE OPEN! Per State Guidelines, HVAC and Refrigeration is an essential trade which allows us to continue to service our customers in this very important time of need. HVAC is critical in food and medical preservation, air conditioning and air filtration. Should any unit need service or stop working, we are here to service our community.

In an effort to ensure Cool Running Air is following all CDC Federal and State guidelines the following steps are being done to ensure the safety of all our customers.

All technicians are prescreened each morning for any COVID-19 symptoms and signs.
Technicians must wash their hands before walking up to the customer’s house.
We do not shake hands and we maintain social distancing.
Our technicians wear protective gear such as shoe covers, gloves (disposed after use at each job) and mask.
Cleanliness of each work area. We wipe down and sanitize all work spaces before and after.
Handsfree work approval through our website or via phone. This goes for payment processing as well.
We are prepared to take any necessary steps to keep our customers and staff safe.
We offer Indoor Air Quality products to keep your family safe indoors.
